The Sprint · Step two · One week

Put your CMO to work. Plan in hand, flows live by Friday.

The Sprint is where you first put your CMO to work. Monday to Friday your CMO studies your store, maps where AI can grow it, ranks every idea by what it could earn, and hands you a plan you can act on. Your first email flows go live the same week. Yours to keep, whether you work with us or not.

£1,500 fixed · ex VAT £750 off month 1 if you continue 12 slots a quarter 3.5 hours of your time

You pay £1,500 up front. Go on to a monthly plan within 30 days and £750 comes off your first month. No lock-in either way.

Before you book · two ways in

Start free. Or jump straight in.

Most clients run the free audit first, sometimes weeks before booking. If you're not ready for a week of work, the audit is the right first step. Same checks, no cost, lower stakes.

No pressure either way. The audit is always free. The Sprint is paid because the real work is our full attention. It helps pay for the build, it doesn't replace it.

§ 02 · Two ways in
The week, in days

Your CMO's first week. Monday to Friday.

Each day produces something real. Your CMO studies the store and builds the plan; you get three short calls, a shared document you can watch fill up, and a finished plan in your inbox by Friday evening.

What you walk away with

Three documents. Yours to keep.

Whether you continue with us or not, everything from the Sprint is yours. Nothing vanishes if you don't sign up for more.

§ 04 · The documents
Live by Friday · what we need

Flows live Friday. Two invites, read-only.

Earning before the invoice clears

The documents are half of it. During the week we also build your welcome, abandoned-cart and post-purchase flows in your Klaviyo or Mailchimp, and publish them with your approval on Friday's call. If you don't continue with us, they keep working. They're yours.

You don't hand over the keys to get any of this. Two view-level invites, about ten minutes, cover everything we need.

Invite 01
Shopify collaborator access

Shopify's built-in way to let an agency look without touching. You approve a request, scoped to orders, analytics and products. Read-only.

Invite 02
Your email platform

A view-level invite to Klaviyo or Mailchimp. List size, flows, campaign history, revenue per email.

That's it
Nothing else

No ad accounts, no social logins, no theme code, nothing financial. The flows we build go in as drafts. Nothing sends until you press publish.

Honest qualification

It works for some stores. Not all.

The Sprint is for you if

  • You're a Shopify store doing £500k to £10m a year in sales
  • You have a working store, real customers, and some data
  • You can name two or three things that aren't getting done well enough
  • You'd rather pay for a working plan than a free pitch
  • You can give us 3.5 hours in total across one working week

It's probably not for you if

  • You haven't launched yet, or do under £100k a year in sales. Talk to us in a year
  • You want someone to promise AI will fix everything
  • You can't make the call on your own tools and budget
  • You want a generic plan, not one built around your store
  • You're looking for the cheapest quote

A free call gets you a vague summary. £1,500 gets you a working plan by Friday.

The maths is simple

§ 05 · Who it's for
Sprint questions

The ones we get asked.

Anything else, write to [email protected].

Do I really need the paid Sprint, or can I skip to a monthly plan?+

You can skip it if you already know exactly what you want built and why. Most people don't. The Sprint is there so we both stop guessing. £750 of the fee comes off your first month if we go ahead together, so the real cost of doing it first is five working days.

What do you need from me during the week?+

About 3.5 hours in total, spread across the week. A 60-minute kickoff on Monday, two 30-minute calls, and a 90-minute wrap-up on Friday. Plus read-only access to Shopify, your email tool and your analytics. We do the work. You stay focused on your business.

Who actually does the Sprint?+

The founder, from start to finish, setting up the CMO who will run your account. No account managers, no junior staff handed your store. The Sprint is the first time we work together, and the founder runs it personally so the plan reflects how we'd really do the work.

What if the plan says don't build anything?+

Then we say so. It happens. Some stores need to fix their checkout, sort out a supplier, or change their pricing before AI helps at all. If that's the honest answer, the decision document will say it, and we'll point you to who can help.

Can I see a sample map first?+

Yes, just ask. Send us an email and we'll share a version from a past Sprint with the company name removed, so you can see the level of detail to expect.

Why only twelve slots a quarter?+

Because the founder runs every one. A one-week Sprint fits twelve per quarter while still leaving time to build for monthly clients. When the quarter is full, the next slot is early in the following quarter. We'll tell you straight if there's a wait.
