Pricing

Pricing, in plain English. No quote calls.

One Sprint price, then a team of specialists, each priced per role. Prices start "from" because scope varies with your store; your Sprint sets the exact number. Everything is monthly, stop with 30 days' notice, and every figure is on this page.

Every hire is Build & Run, led by your CMO: we design it, build it and look after it. You own your data and accounts, and you approve everything before it goes live.

Step two · The first hire

Most start with the Email Marketer. That's where the money is.

Email should make 25 to 30% of an online store's revenue. Most stores make under 15%. The Email Marketer closes that gap: flows, campaigns, on-brand images and segments, looked after for you. A full email marketer costs around £40,000 a year to hire.

Start here · The Email Marketer

Where the money is. Email, done properly.

Welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase and win-back flows. Two to three campaigns a week, written and designed with on-brand images. Segments and send times learned from your own list. One monthly number: email's share of revenue.

  • The abandoned-cart flow alone usually covers the fee
  • Everything waits for your approval before it sends
  • Priced by list size, every band written down below
from £1,299 / month

A full email marketer for less than a junior hire's payslip. Rolling monthly, 30-day notice, no setup fee.

Step three · The specialists

Hire a specialist, one role at a time.

Add a hire any month. Let one go any month. Each does a single job properly, on its own price, and they share what they learn about your brand. The salary beside each is what a real one costs to hire in the UK.

The Social Media Manager Three to four good posts a week, planned, written and designed, with comments and DMs answered in your voice. A real one: about £35,000 a year. from £599 /mo
The Content Writer A solid article a week, written around what your buyers search for and checked against your brand facts, published to your store. A real one: about £25,000 a year. from £499 /mo
The Photographer Product and lifestyle imagery made for your brand, no stock libraries and no shoot days. A full product-catalogue and lifestyle library, beyond what email and social make for themselves. A real one: about £32,000 a year, or freelance day rates. from £599 /mo
The SEO & AI-Search Specialist Be the store ChatGPT, Perplexity and Gemini name when people ask what to buy, and stay found on Google. A real one: about £42,000 a year. from £399 /mo

Website rebuild A faster, AI-ready Shopify site: new theme, cleaner product data, better product pages. Price depends on your store. £750–£2,499 once
AI shopping assistant setup The technical setup that lets ChatGPT, Google and other AI assistants find and recommend your products, then kept current. £999 once + £199 /mo
§ 04 · The specialists
Step four · The whole team

Hiring this team would cost £150,000 a year. Yours, two ways.

Loaded with salaries, tools and the months it takes to find them, a marketing department like this runs well over £150,000 a year. Led by your CMO and run by AI, it's a fraction of that, working within a week.

The salaries beside each role are UK averages via Glassdoor, Indeed, Payscale and Reed (2025–26). Real employers pay roughly 1.3 to 1.4 times base salary once National Insurance, pension, tools and recruitment are loaded in.

What we don't do

No long contracts. No setup fees. No cut of your ad spend. No "contact us for pricing."

01 No lock-in Rolling monthly, 30 days' notice. No exit fee, no holding your data, no charge for what we've already built. Let a hire go in month three or month thirty, the terms are the same.
02 No setup fee The Sprint covers it. The £1,500 pays for the study and the build plan, and £750 of it comes off your first month if you carry on. There is no separate setup invoice.
03 No cut of your ad spend Your ad budget stays on your own card, managed inside the limit you set. Charging a percentage of spend pushes an agency to spend more of your money, so we don't do it.
04 AI and software costs included We manage the tools behind the scenes and we pay for them. You pay the hire's price, and that's it.
05 No "call us" pricing Every price is on this page. If a plan ever costs more than this page says, we've written down why.
Pricing questions

The honest answers about money.

Why do prices say "from"?+

Because scope varies. How many posts, sends, articles or shoots you want changes the work. The "from" price is the floor and what it includes; your Sprint sets your exact number from your real data, in writing, before any monthly fee starts. It never turns into a surprise quote call.

Do I have to hire the whole team?+

No. Hire one specialist, or several, or the lot. Most stores start with the Email Marketer and add others as the numbers earn it. Your CMO leads whatever you run, and you can let any hire go with 30 days' notice.

Is the CMO really included?+

Yes. Every engagement is led by a CMO, the strategist who plans, coordinates your hires, watches the numbers and is your point of contact. The more of the team you run, the more they coordinate. It isn't a separate line on the bill.

Why is there no setup fee?+

The Sprint covers it. The £1,500 pays for the study and the build plan, and half of it, £750, comes off your first month if you carry on. There's no separate setup invoice.

What about ad spend?+

Your ad budget stays on your own card, and we manage it inside the limit you set. We never take a cut of your ad spend. Charging a percentage of spend pushes an agency to spend more of your money, so we don't do it.

Do you give a discount for paying a year up front?+

No. Paying monthly keeps us honest. We have to earn next month, every month, and that's how we like it.

Why is the Email Marketer priced by list size?+

Because the work scales with the list: more segments, more sends, more revenue to look after. It's the same way Klaviyo and Mailchimp price. Every band is written on this page, and your Sprint confirms yours from your real data before any monthly fee starts.
