Your Email Marketer · The Email Engine

Email should be a quarter of your revenue. Is it?

For online stores your size, the benchmark is 25 to 30% of revenue from email. Most make under 15%. Your Email Marketer closes that gap: every flow and every campaign, written, designed and looked after for you. You approve every send before it goes out.

Your free audit includes your email gap estimate, in your inbox within 24 hours.

The principle

For a store doing £1m a year, the difference between 12% and 25% from email is £130,000. It is already sitting on your list.

That is why email is the first job worth handing over. No new traffic to buy, no algorithm to please. Just the people who already know you, written to properly.

The gap, on a store doing £1m a year: £130,000

Each bar is your store's total revenue; the fill is the share that comes from email. It's the same list either way, written to properly.

What's in the Engine

Five jobs. One number they all serve.

A good email marketer plans, writes, designs, targets and measures. The Engine does all five, trained on your brand, your products and your customers.

01Lifecycle flowsWelcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase and win-back, built in your Klaviyo or Mailchimp and improved every month. The abandoned cart flow alone usually covers the fee.Always on
02CampaignsNew arrivals, sellouts coming back, guides and offers. Planned around your calendar and your stock, written in your voice, drafted to your inbox before anything sends.2–3 / week
03On-brand imagesProduct and lifestyle images made for each send, trained on your brand references. No stock photos, no photographer's bill for every campaign.Every send
04Segments & timingYour list split by what people buy and how often they open. Send times learned from your own data. Nobody gets blasted, so your emails stay out of spam.Your data
05The monthly numberWhat share of your revenue came from email, how it moved, and what we improve next. It is the number you hired us to move, so it is the number we report.Monthly

If the number stops earning its keep, you can stop paying. Rolling monthly, 30 days' notice.

A real send

What lands in their inbox.

Written in your voice, designed to your brand, with product images made for the send rather than pulled from a stock library. This is a campaign built start to finish, the kind you approve before it goes out.

What it costs

Priced by list size. All of it written down.

A bigger list means more segments, more sends and more revenue to look after, so the price follows your list, the same way your email platform's does. The free audit estimates your band. The Sprint confirms it from your real data before any monthly fee starts.

Email questions

The honest ones owners ask.

Do you work with Klaviyo and Mailchimp?+

Yes, both, and we work inside your account. No migration, no new tool to learn, nothing held hostage. If you ever leave, every flow and template we built stays in your account, working.

Will more email annoy my customers or land in spam?+

More bad email would. The Engine sends to segments, not the whole list, and keeps a guard between sends to the same people. Open rates and spam complaints are watched every week. A healthy list opens more, not less, when the emails are worth opening.

Do I approve every email?+

Every campaign, before it sends, from your phone if you like. Flows are approved once when they're built, and again whenever we change them. Nothing new reaches your customers without your sign-off.

My list is small. Is this still worth it?+

Under about 5,000 subscribers, the honest answer is sometimes not yet. Run the free audit: if the gap doesn't justify the fee, the report says so and tells you what to do on your own first. The flows still pay at almost any size.

Can I add SMS and WhatsApp too?+

Yes. SMS and WhatsApp together are £199 a month on top, using the same segments and the same approval queue. It's the most common add-on, usually from month two once the email number is moving.
